Nowadays, it is believed that more government budget should be allocated to railways rather than roads. Although, both kinds of transportation infrastructure worth advancing. I agree with the statement's idea in terms of its positive effects on the environment and society.

In my opinion, competition and cooperation are not mutually exclusive, and both competition and cooperation should be encouraged in children.
