While planning new towns, some people argue to construct a number of parks and gyms to promote health rather than shopping malls. I, for one, believe that both sports facilities and shopping paradises are important for establishing a well-developed town. This disquisition will delve deeper into reasons supporting my perspective in the following paragraphs.

It is well known that joblessness is a situation which the majority of cities around the world are facing nowadays. This issue affects not only the community but also the government since the problem has a direct impact on the local economy. The biggest cause of this issue is because the employees are, most of the time, unprepared to accomplish the necessities of the labour market. Thus, in order to minimize these causes some improvements must be taken, such as practical classes for youth and vocational courses for adults.

The number of people, who have different diseases, caused by eating fast foods, is increasing day today. In my perspective, the introduction of an excise duty could increase the final prices of these foods, which may reduce consumption of them.

Today everyone started travelling to different countries in order to explore the culture and experience global exposure.All these people come from different places around the world.When they visit any new place , it is very obvious they have to draw a line as per the countries they visit. In my opinion, I partly agree with this and I will explain more details in the following paragraphs.

Sports have an immense effect on a human's daily life whether physical or mental. Sports is not a white-collar profession but if pursued rightly can bring many glories to the country and family. So, I tend to acknowledge that sportsmen are being high paid but only if they become an official players.

As obesity has been a wide problem mainly in the most developed countries, some governments are considering improving the taxes applied on junk food, in order to make people avoid its consumption. Personally, I strongly disagree with that statement, since this is not going to be a solution for this matter.

Currently, the number of people who use cars is increasing rapidly. It is considered that today majority of cities in the world are one big traffic jam. I agree that due to the growth in car ownership, the amount of traffic congestion is becoming more common and one of the serious problems in our modern world. Government should take some measures in order to reduce this trend In this essay I will explain why it is true and discuss some actions which can be taken.

Canned food and artificial drinks have been enjoyed more by teens that do not offer many nutrients, Thus these ill eats are causing fat accumulations in children. This essay will highlight the issues that arise from fatty bodies in teenagers and will describe the effective measure to tackle this problem.

In recent years, humans have been dealing with various environmental issues, one of which is climate change. In my opinion, there has to be a balance among the sources for effective use. I will provide further details to substantiate my view in the course of the essay.
