Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to give feedback on the recent company meeting held at your
hotel
 on 5th September 2019 and provide some suggestions for improvement.

 the feedback received from the participants, most of the people were satisfied with the service provided in the
hotel
. The best part about the

 was the decent decoration and relaxed ambiance. The seating arrangement was

 location is very convenient as it is close to public transport. One thing that most people complained about was the quality of the
