Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the sports centre located in AlNadha, Sharjah area. I am a platinum member
in
Suggestion
at
the centre. I prefer to join
this
club because it has latest equipment’s and well-trained staff.
Moreover
, it is near to my home and I can utilize the club anytime in a day.
Furthermore
, the cost is affordable for all and the guidance for fitness are easy for everyone to follow.
Although
I am pleased with the ambiance, I am facing problem in the changing room as it was not cleaned properly. It has stinky smell and the floors are always wet and sand in it.
In addition
, the trainers are not guiding us properly and some of them are misbehaving with the members which create lots of troubles during our workouts. It would be great if you make the arrangements to clean the changing rooms and all other areas regularly.
Also
, educate the staff to well-behave with the customers and ask them to train their members properly and behave professionally in the club. I hope you will consider
this
issue with the matter of urgency and take swift action on it. I look forward to receiving a positive response on
this
matter. Yours faithfully, Sarulatha
