Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to raise a complaint, with regards to a Mixer, that I had purchased from your outlet. I tried to ring your customer care for support. I believe there has not been any action implemented from your end. The Mixer, after connecting to the wall socket, has not powered on. I have tried everything that I could do. From my experience with Machine Hardware, I have reason to think the product is faulty. I have tried various sockets. Other machines work on the same power outlet. I had been put on wait for almost 30 minutes to speak to a person with the issue. One of your persons made a note of all the issues and placed me on hold for 15 minutes. The call got disconnected after. I had to try calling in again, which eventually, was a waste of my time. I do not know what to do with the Mixer. I request you that the machine be replaced as soon as possible. You can organise a collection from my address or I could take it to the nearest outlet. Hoping to hear from you soon, Yours Sincerely, Ajay Menon
