In a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

There are conflicting opinions all over the world that some people argue that it is essential to focus on the latest public transportation, but the other people mention that it is better to spend an amount of expense on the old one

Both have some advantages, but I believe that the former is more beneficial for the countries. As for the brand new one. It must be convenient compared to the other side. The technology is developing at an alarming rate, so it will be contributed to almost all of the people among other people who commit by trains. They can save an amount of time. The other benefits are that it can be expected by gaining many profits in the long run even though it takes a great number of initial costs. It is a demand for a sort of people, so they may be willing to use that transportation regardless of the fee. Focusing on existing transportation is familiar with residents. Adapting new systems will definitely get to be confused for most of the people. As is often the case, improving old ones can remain in the same places and systems. It is convenient for people among other elderly people. The other advantages are that it takes little time compared to the other hand. Just repairing the part of something is not complicated, and does not have to employ the workers. In conclusion, as I said above, there are a number of merits of both of them. In my point of view, concerning for the future, it is best to create the new railway lines for the trains. It must contribute to the country.
