Dear Mr. Brown I am writing

letter in order to complain about my working facility which is a Dell Laptop that I purchased from your company in Lagos state

last

week. Actually, I have been using the laptop since

then but

it suddenly developed a fault yesterday. The

light went dim and I can barely read what is on the

. Sadly,

this

has been affecting my work as I have to use it to carry out my company duties from home every day. Aside from the fact that I cannot reply my official emails, I

due to the bad

screen

light. More so, I have to type correspondence everyday and email it to the head office and

is quite challenging as I have to read letters on the

screen

very slowly.

However

, I would be glad if you could assist in fixing

this

problem or changing the laptop to a new one since I have a one year warranty on it. I hope
