Living in a country where you have to speak foreign language can cause serious social problems, as well as practical problems.

Dear Sir, I am writing
this
letter regarding the
car
which I rented three days before. I haired a ford Icon booking number 1000089 from your company. When I booked the
car
I was promised by your agent for best service. Since the
first
day, the
car
has been showing some starting problems. I thought I could manage with
this
issue but the
car
does not start today morning ever after the huge efforts. Presently, I parked
this
car
in the parking lot of my hotel. I think It needs a towed truck to reach a service station. Now, I want my refund which I paid at booking time. I hired a taxi to complete my work. So, I
also
want compensation for 50$. I totally shocked after
this
incidence because your company has a big name in the market. I never excepted
such
poor service from your company. I shall never hire your services again unless I get a proper explanation for
this
problem. Yours Sincerely, Guri
