To the manager, I would like to express my complaint regret for the food I had eaten during the
last
visit to your restaurant.
Last
day I stopped by your hotel and ordered a special dish named "chicken manjoori".But I got the food delivered after hours and when I ate ,it was really terrible .
Also
, it smelled as if it was prepared days back.
Then
I called the staff over there who delivered the dish and explained my dislike. But he responded harshly without even understand my concerns.
Besides
,he argued that I am lying about that and he neglected to taste and look for prooving my argument. I will be so much grateful if I get a refund for it.I am a loyal customer of your hotels at various location. But after having
this
atrocious experience,I lost all my trust in your services.
Also
, I would suggest hiring employees who have the qualities to deal with their customers politely.
Furthermore
,I want my complaint to be taken prioritized.I strongly recommend checking the quality of the items that are served on a daily basis .Another thing to suggest is to train your labours to behave in a respectful and delightful way which make the customers feel good. Yours faithfully, Liya
