You and your family are living in rented accommodation in an English speaking country. You are not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture. Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter introduce yourself explain what is wrong with the furniture say what action you would like the landlord to take
Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well!
I am Rami Musmar, living on the
second
floor, apartment
number 203 in Venetian Building, one of your properties in Town square accommodation. I moved last
month with my family for immigration purposes and to continue my master's studies at XYZ University.
I would like to express my happiness with the accommodation facility, such
as a kid's play area where my kids can enjoy their time with neighbours and a gym facility which has a variety of new equipment.
Unfortunately, this
happiness is not there when I see the condition of the apartment
furniture, for example
, two kitchen cabinets are broken, the living sofa has damaged from the back and the bedroom cupboard shelves are broken.
I would like to request you to take serious action by visiting the apartment
and list down the damages, furthermore
, I am expecting to get replacement and repairs of all damages on your expenses since this
situation was there when I moved to the apartment
and I raised this
multiple occasion to your office team without any further
response from them.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards
