In 1970, Springer was primarily a rural area, characterized by a vast forest, large farmland, and only a few buildings, including two houses and one shop. However, the town has experienced dramatic changes over the years. Notably, much of the forest was cleared to make way for various new facilities. A school was built at the town’s center, surrounded by numerous shops. The large farmland from 1970 was reduced significantly to accommodate additional apartments and new housing. In conclusion, Springer has been transformed dramatically from a rural settlement in 1970 to a more urbanized area today.
