The wharehouse on the middle of the river bank has been renovated in the appartment while newly constructed hotel is appeard left side of it. In 1970, Springer was primarily a rural area, characterized by a vast forest, large farmland, and only a few buildings, including two houses and one shop. However, the town has experienced dramatic changes over the years. Notably, much of the forest was cleared to make way for various new facilities.
