When it comes to workplace, we normally think we have to go there to work. A lot of us commute work every day. However, there are some people who work remotely at their homes or away from their offices. What do you think is the reason why some companies permit their employees to work this way?
There is a debate concerning about the better work whether undertaking in the same entreprise for the lifetime or occupying distinct organisations. This essay discusses both sides of this contentious argument and then I will give my own perpectives. If someone is determined to labour in one place, it would ensure their long career and the easiness reaching better position one day. All of these are only obtained by diving the duties for a long time and then someone will become an experts of this kind of job. This expetises lead to higher position, albeit perhaps in long way to go. Unfortunately, this condition might bring a person in lacking experiences from another abilities and situations that would be a challenge for him or her if their office had got a bankrupt suddenly. On another side, the research shows that people who are changing their occupation twice in a minimum can take a multitasking job and survive in facing some unexpectedly issues rather than those who only have one position in their life. For instance, an actuary has a job in a private company taking care of life insurance before she moved into a government institution that tackle some medical and health issues in which threaten lives. She should hand on experiences regarding all the calculation about risk-life theories in real life, whereby it can be only acquired from the company which she undertook beforehand. However, the drawback of displacing the organisations over and over again is the workers should start their career from zero in their new institution and might bring a perfect designation that is not in short time. To conclude, both of the constant or altered organisations will give each own beneficial and detrimental conditions. In my opinion, it is a good idea and recommended to take chances looking perfect organisations and if it have fitted into what I am looking for, I prefer to immediately decide to settle down for long time until the time of retired.

The table chart illustrates the number employee and manufacturers in both England and Wales from 1851 to 1901. Overall, the number of employees was dwindling whilst factories' numbers stayed roughly the same over the fifty-year period. Looking in closer detail to the table, it can be highlighted that the number of employees in 1851 was worth 477 100 for a total of 225 factories with a majority of males. A decade later, the number of factories jumped slightly to 227 with a noticeable decrease of employees, mainly composed of females, who represented 160 000 workers versus 131780 male workers. In 1871, the number of manufacturing facilities lifted overwhelmingly up, to nearly 3 times higher, with a steady decline in the employees’ number. However, men are this time more represented in the workers. This trend will continue until 1891, when the number of factories moved down from 721 in 1881 to 625 one decade later. With fewer workers and more males than females, the number of factories reached the point of 600 factories in 1901, involving a bottom of 61 000, concerning the total employee number. To conclude, we can say with confidence that throughout the second part of the 19th century, the number of factories increased with a significant decrease in the number of workers, no matter whether they were males or females.
Having multi talent, learning through out life becoming necessity for humans rather than dependent on one career option. This essay completely agree with this opinion. Firstly, will discuss why people are strict to single talent. Secondly, will explain what is the latest trend in people’ life style about their career and how they are utilising. On one hand, previous day people strict to one talent or career option. They have several reasons. Few time they have to face recession, to face it they have to multi talent other wise they will be job less for more number of days. Recent markets are upgrading frequently, hence people are learning continuously to adopt the new changes in time and to have better earnings. For instance, World economic forum announced employees spending two hours per week to be in the market not for high earnings.
