Your local public library wants to make improvements to their services and facilities. In order to get ideas from the public, they have asked library users to send them suggestions in writing. Write a letter to the librarian. In your letter • describe what you like about the library • say what you don’t like • make suggestions for improvements

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter regarding the public library and the improvements I think would be beneficial to most visitors.
Firstly
, the aspect I really enjoy about the library is the variety of books I can find, from contemporary science fiction to historical artistic eras
such
as the Art Nouveau.
Additionally
, the staff at the reception has proven very helpful and friendly. The things I do not enjoy are the disposition of bookshelves and the sitting area. More specifically, some bookshelves are damaged and it can be hard to find a seat available on weekends. I would like to recommend you to have the shelves renovated
as well as
organise them in a new setup to make more room in the middle of the hall.
This
way, more chairs and tables can be arranged in the space. I hope these recommendations can be helpful to you and I cannot wait to see the improvements you make in the library. Yours faithfully, Amanda Lago
