There are two main working styles which are working alone and working in a group.
Although
 each one has its own advantages, I prefer working in a

teamwork
 seems to be an effective way to connect people in a

. Unlike individual working, working in a group requires colleagues to communicate with each other. By cooperating and discussing together, people may have a chance to know each other well.

 can create a friendly working environment which is necessary for any firm.
Last
 but not least,
teamwork
 creates chances for everyone to raise their morale. When the tasks are shared equally by each
