. Overall, it can be easily observed that the

 in these two cities shows an opposite trend. The amount of rain in Moscow surpasses that in

 during the summer and autumn from May to October, while the

 is dominant for the rest part of the year. The average
rainfall
 in Moscow begins at about 55 millimetres , which witnesses a slight drop to 38 millimetres from January to April, before drastically increasing to 90 mm in June.

 it stays steady for 2 months, followed by a decline with fluctuations from August to December. The
rainfall

San
Francisco
 peaked at 118 mm in the
first
 two months, and
then
 it plummeted, reaching the bottom at 0 mm in July and August. Afterwards, there is a rapid rise in it, returning to the highest and beginning a new cycle.
