When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration. To what extent, do you agree or disagree

Many people argue that wages are major factors in order to decide to pursue careers. Personally, I completely disagree with
this
view.  There are two main reasons why salary does not play a central role in choosing a work. One reason is that, working environment plays an essential role with a target of making a decision follow job. Because it is incredibly modern with sufficient facilities, keeping their staffs.
However
, it is extremely competitive and under a lot of pressure. They must cope with the numerous challenges job, making affect for their health and physical.
Therefore
, they do not suffer from working and abolishing.
Furthermore
, many people apply for an office because of their passion. They want to communicate with a large variety of colleges with an aim of enhancing skills, expanding social relationships and improving their life experiences. Because family possesses a tremendous amount of money that they do not need to make a living.  Apart from the practical reasons expressed above. I believed that income
also
plays a vital role in determining.
Firstly
, it is metered so as to value ability work each other.
For example
, the same a nine to five job, heavy workload and position, those do better and have influenced language will be paid higher.
Secondly
, anyone
also need
Suggestion
also needs
money to pay for their life. Everything is bought by money,
such
as food, drink, big houses, cars, beautiful clothes,...Money help people maintain their life, establish their relationship and build an own business career. In conclusion, for the reasons I have mentioned above, I strongly believed that salary do not
first
choice when choosing a work
