It has been suggested by some people that employees should be remunerated on the extent of their input and output. In my opinion, I totally agree that people should be paid on how much they produce and sell because that will increase their level of diligence and productivity.
To start with, most of the 21st century youths wants free money and wants to be rich without working for it.
