The two charts display the the total energy expenditure and electricity creation of the world since last year. Overall, oil was the most consumed item around the globe, while coal was the most used item for electricity production.Other sources experienced slight increases over the course of a period. In world energy consumption, oil was mostly consumed(34.3), followed by coal(25.1) and gas(20.9). The rest of the sources like nuclear, hydro and renewable wastes were utilized in very minute amounts. In total work energy generation, coal(39.8)was used almost double the amount as compared to energy expenditure, followed by gas(19.6). Other sources like hydro and nuclear were used in the same amount 16.1 and 15.7 respectively. Oil was used almost five times less as compared to energy consumption which is 6.7.
