Overall, it is apparent from the information supplied that the remarkable change in society related to 15-59-year-olds during these years for both countries. In 2000, in Yemen, the old people made up 3.6% of the total number of people in comparison with 24.1% in Italy. The 0-14 year group in Italy reached 14.3 %, which was almost 3 times higher than that of Yemen. Moreover, in Italy, the figure for 15-59 year-age was by far the most important in 2000, accounting for 61.6%, while Yemen's young people just reached 46.3 % at the same time. In 2050,the 0-14 age group in Yemen is forecasted to account for 37%, which is higher than that figure in Italy roughly 25%. On the other hand a tiny fraction of the old people is projected to be recorded in Yemen, 42.3% of Italy's people are expected to be elderly. The figure for Yemen and Italy's 15-59-year-old people is predicted to occupy 57.3% and 46.2%, respectively.

A minority of people never consumed fast food neither consumed it daily .In 2006, a slight increase in the frequency of once week can be noticed. At the same time, the percentage of several times a week consumers growth moving from around 16% to exactly 20%; as well as the feature of once or twice a month . Furthermore, there were still few people, approximatively 3%, who were daily fast-food customers. Finally, in 2013, about 33% of people used to eat fast food once or twice a month and still a tiny portion of individuals used to purchase fast foods every day or never.

The table chart illustrates the number employee and manufacturers in both England and Wales from 1851 to 1901. Overall, the number of employees was dwindling whilst factories' numbers stayed roughly the same over the fifty-year period. Looking in closer detail to the table, it can be highlighted that the number of employees in 1851 was worth 477 100 for a total of 225 factories with a majority of males. A decade later, the number of factories jumped slightly to 227 with a noticeable decrease of employees, mainly composed of females, who represented 160 000 workers versus 131780 male workers. In 1871, the number of manufacturing facilities lifted overwhelmingly up, to nearly 3 times higher, with a steady decline in the employees’ number. However, men are this time more represented in the workers. This trend will continue until 1891, when the number of factories moved down from 721 in 1881 to 625 one decade later. With fewer workers and more males than females, the number of factories reached the point of 600 factories in 1901, involving a bottom of 61 000, concerning the total employee number. To conclude, we can say with confidence that throughout the second part of the 19th century, the number of factories increased with a significant decrease in the number of workers, no matter whether they were males or females.
