Owing to the indolence nature of humans, It is believed by some people that the most effective method of motivating people to work efficiently is payment based on their productivity and sales. This essay agrees with wages based on work done as individuals tend to work more to earn more; and improvement of sales is evident.
Firstly, Paying individuals in accordance with their productivity makes people work hard in order to earn well. This is because people desire a good pay and will do anything to earn it even if it means putting in extra effort and time. To illustrate, In Nigeria, Unilever factory workers are paid daily based on the quantity of their production. As a result, workers perform their work in their full capacity till exhaustion. Hence, wages based on work output is a reliable way of ensuring diligence and hard work at workplaces.
Secondly, wages that are dependent on sales give rise to development of better marketing strategies to improve sales. Employees will be encouraged to emulate better marketing and communications skills to advertise and encourage buyers to purchase goods because target must be met. For instance, When my aunt implemented salary based on sales strategy at her supermarket, 20% increased sales in the first month and 45% in the second market were recorded respectively. This is because of lesser pay when the sales is below the target and more pay when above the target. Therefore, payment that is based on sales gives rise to better performance of the employer and the company as a whole.
In conclusion, wages that dependent on productivity and sales is the best approach to ensure hard work, better performance and growth of the company as a whole.

Expenses are increasing day by day for all kind of human requirements like food, accommodation and children education, etc. and living standard is improving due to various technological innovations. So, it has become common for many families to have both parents working. There are two kinds of families having working parents nowadays. Some may choose for having a better life and to make their future financially secured, while another chooses because of their financial needs. Recently, from the last decade women empowerment has seen a significant improvement. So, Women are sharing equal responsibilities with men in all professions.I believe that families having both working parents have edge over others in a financial perspective. But its impact on children must be recognized first. In families, when parents go to work, children are left at home alone. Some people argue that children become independent and they learn how to manage their selves. In addition, they believe that children who grow up having the support of their relatives in the family make them more social and kind.On the contrary, other believe that both working parents do not give enough attention to children’s development. Thus, children become undisciplined and may go out of hand sometimes. According to them, if one of the parents is earning enough money, then another should concentrate on children’s development. Money is not a serious matter always. Parents should not become too greedy.There are many examples of both working parents from my friend circle. They are good parents and understand their responsibilities towards their children. So, as a conclusion, I will say it depends on the way of thinking of individuals and the way of interacting with their kids. One should identify own situation and requirements and act accordingly.

Overall, the ratio of men rose dramatically throughout the period, whereas the women gradually decrease at the end. According to what is shown, in 2011, women were read more than men between 5000 and 3000 book. Then, in both two years read books were increased by boys and girls. Moreover, the percentage of reading book men grow up quickly until the end However, the women were gradual growth from 2012. In both genders were same number which is 10000 books in 2013. Additionally, the first drop for females started from 2013 to 2014, it went down to 7000. In conclusion, in fact the men overcome women by the number of reading book at Burnaby public library. It is often argued that the government should carry out the whole responsibility in protecting our globe. While some people think that every person should also be responsible in looking after the universe. This essay discusses both sides of this argument and then I will give my own perspective.
