It is often argued that the government should carry out the whole responsibility in protecting our globe. While some people think that every person should also be responsible in looking after the universe. This essay discusses both sides of this argument and then I will give my own perspective.
On the one hand, I believe that the administration institutions must set a very restrictive rules to protect the environment. To be more precise this means that the management department needs to apply special law that prohibits people to throw any cans or bottles in the rubbish but recycling them instead. Taking the US as an example, when the government banned any one to get rid of any debris at the beach this resulted in cleaning the environment as well as reducing the pollution.

In this case a lot of pollution problems will be diminished. It clear from the graph that the energy capacity increased about 5 GW from 6.688GW to 11.678GW in 2015 and 2040. According to what is shown, fossil fuels was highest ratio in both this two years with a 64 percentage in 2015 and it decreased to 44% in 2040. Also, the other renewable energy was fall almost 2% from 2015 until 2024. While the solar energy was lowest energy in 2015 it jump from 2 percentage to 18 percentage in 2040. Moreover, the wind energy go up sharply from 5% in 2015 to 12% in 2024. However, almost 1% was drop from this two year in nuclear energy, with a 6 percentage in 2015 to 5 percentage in 2040.
