Today, most of the farmers are moving to urban areas from rural areas for work, Because of so many reasons. They may be weather is not supporting for agriculture or for their children’s education. However, it is not good sign to our society. Due to shifting of agrarians from villages to cities causes agrarian crisis after some days. Again, it will leads to economic crisis of nation. This is not good for prosperous healthy and wealthy world. And also, population will increases in towns. Moreover, employment is very big issue. Providing jobs to everyone is not possible. So, most of the families will not get food even two times daily. Because of that, unemployed people will divert into wrong side to do wrong things for money. Due to that, crime rate will increases in cities. So, government has to take the actions to stop the ranchers to move from villages and also encourage them by providing bank loans without interest. In cultivation, if they’ll get profit they’ll repay the amount. Otherwise, in any case, if they lost their yield, regime has to cancel the amount how much they were taken for agribusiness irrespective of amount. By giving original seeds to get a good crop and pesticides to control the insects to the farmers, they will get good results in farming. And administration has to provide free education and accommodation facilities to their children. In conclusion, in my point of view, entire nation is depends on farming. So, we have to protect our noblemen by providing good facilities to them and their families. This is not only management work. This is the responsibility of all public those who are living in nation.

Although mother and father both play a crucial role for proper upbringing their children. But there are some people who claim that, mothers are contribute much time then their father. On contrary,a substantial number of pupils are considered that fathers contribute a significant role in children’s life. But people have strong feelings about their arguments. However,in my opinion, father and mother both are equally dedicate themselves for caring. Both sides will be discussed before reaching a reasonable conclusion. On the one hand, men have been more responsible to their children financially.Men spend their money for their offspring which is really difficult for women. Moreover, fathers are more serious to punish their children so that they avoid crimes. For instance,my younger cousin is now criminal it happened only for his mother because his mother always restrain his father to punish.Furthermore, father makes sure his children’s future about financial. On the other hand, mothers have a closer sensational relationship with their offspring then fathers as well as bonding with mothers is more strong. Moreover, mothers spend much time with their children. In addition,in many countries women are not involved with working as a result they get escope to spend their time with their children. For instance, if a child is crying no one can control even after given so many toys wherever mother comes to child, stop crying .Furthermore, women are genetically efficient at upbringing. The diagram illustrates the multitude of steps a book undergoes before being published. Overall, there are nine stages a manuscript goes through before being released to the readership. After being written, the manuscript is sent from the writer to the publishing house in order to be meticulously analyzed and studied. Once the book is validated, a contract between the author and the publisher has to be agreed and signed. The next step consists of designing the layout for the book using computer science, before getting the final validation. Then comes the moment to print, in other words, put the data from a digital form to a paper form. The printing is followed by the bookbinding. In fact, the editor chooses the correct format of the manuscript. Finally, the volume can be delivered to many bookshops so it can be commercialized. All the process takes approximatively a timespan of 18 to 24 months. To conclude we can say that the release of a writing production in a paper format, no matter the literature gender of it, needs numerous steps. These are 9 stations to be exact, and require full collaboration between a publishing house and the author.
