Expenses are increasing day by day for all kind of human requirements like food, accommodation and children education, etc. and living standard is improving due to various technological innovations. So, it has become common for many families to have both parents working. There are two kinds of families having working parents nowadays. Some may choose for having a better life and to make their future financially secured, while another chooses because of their financial needs. Recently, from the last decade women empowerment has seen a significant improvement. So, Women are sharing equal responsibilities with men in all professions.I believe that families having both working parents have edge over others in a financial perspective. But its impact on children must be recognized first. In families, when parents go to work, children are left at home alone. Some people argue that children become independent and they learn how to manage their selves. In addition, they believe that children who grow up having the support of their relatives in the family make them more social and kind.On the contrary, other believe that both working parents do not give enough attention to children’s development. And there are many people out there who don’t have the same experience as yours in the case. A few people are trying to look for the job, some are waiting to be called for interviewed and others are waiting to get hired.
Also, you may feel lucky since you were getting hired without making a big effort to get selected. You feel that you are a perfect-fit worker that the companies need. And It makes you even happier as you have been dreaming of working in that company for a long.
For the first time, all things seem to run smoothly without defect. And you think it was a good starting point to show your best performance while working. Your expectation about being free to express yourself is becoming a priority to support your position. You believed that always makes you optimistic at the probation time.
But, high expectation about those things has ruined your career. You are getting inferior because you are not able to express your ideas, strategy, and implementation in your way. At the time, you were feeling the boundaries are so bold and holding yourself back from the things you capable of doing. As you are not a strict person who always depends on a formula to do something, sometimes you feel difficult to follow the standard.
I think that as workers, we all need more authority in doing the job. Also, I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version. Some people think this is not the right way to do. Besides, it seems like we are arrogant and don’t need to listen to senior advice. But, that’s not a point I want to emphasize here.
Foremost, autonomy makes your working performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. Furthermore, it hinders stress that may make them feel working under pressure. Moreover, the point here is how making yourself happy while doing your responsibilities.
As a conclusion, nothing will gonna stop your effort to reach the goals as long as you are getting job autonomy in doing whatever you do.
