Social media is very popular nowadays. In fact, it brought advantage to our lives. It connects people all over the world wherever you are. On the other hand, it has disadvantage too.
First, Let us look for the advantages. Facebook connects us from our relatives and friends wherever they are. We can reach them anytime and enjoy chatting. We are tend to be updated with their new everyday activities which they are posting in their Facebook. Through social media, we can now easily find a job. Employers and job applicants easily get connected through conducting online interviews. In this scenario, it is easily for both side to manage time and convinient for them. Every persons can share their opinions in social media by posting. So basically, social media helps people to stay connected and updated.
However, social media has disadvantage too. For instance, people become less socialites because they are focusing on the screen of their gadgets. In Facebook or twitter, people are becoming irresponsible with their opinions and cyber bullying arises. Social media users become careless with sharing private and sensitive information of their lives. In this situation, thieves have a chance of getting their information and use against them.
I believe that proper use of social media gives us advantages more if we are responsible of our actions.
