Hence, wages based on work output is a reliable way of ensuring diligence and hard work at workplaces.
Secondly, wages that are dependent on sales give rise to development of better marketing strategies to improve sales. One major benefit of the nuclear family is the angle of economic and financial independence. This is seen as the major factor that propels people world all over to opt for the nuclear family as it brings about personal achievement and responsive parenting on the part of the parents. For example, a family with a small size can afford to send their offspring to a high-profiled school in terms of academic achievement and also cater for the needs of their progeny.
