Countries who focus their attention on ending war must put in extra effort to realize their mission. UN Representatives from various countries often propose peace missions as a solution. Through these representatives, countries can vocalize their opinions through communities like the UN where they are gather and discuss world peacekeeping.
Ironically, not all countries feel the same. In this case, several of them do not seem to support world peace. They are focused on their own political ideals. Therefore destruction and problematic scenarios continue.
When talking about Syrian refugees there are always countries that are for and against their better interests. Countries like the US and organizations like the EU fully support ending the suffering in Syria. Also, you may feel lucky since you were getting hired without making a big effort to get selected. You feel that you are a perfect-fit worker that the companies need. And It makes you even happier as you have been dreaming of working in that company for a long.
For the first time, all things seem to run smoothly without defect. And you think it was a good starting point to show your best performance while working. Some people think this is not the right way to do. Besides, it seems like we are arrogant and don’t need to listen to senior advice. But, that’s not a point I want to emphasize here.
Foremost, autonomy makes your working performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. Furthermore, it hinders stress that may make them feel working under pressure. Moreover, the point here is how making yourself happy while doing your responsibilities.
As a conclusion, nothing will gonna stop your effort to reach the goals as long as you are getting job autonomy in doing whatever you do.
