To begin, over-grazing with 35% of effection had the highest damage. Meanwhile, Oceania was damaged by over-grazing the most (11.3%). Deforestation and over-cultivation with 5% and 7% difference, came after over-grazing. Also, The agricultural lands were affected a lot in Europe by deforestration activities (9.8%). On the other hand, other reasons contain 7% of the pie chart and it was the lowest position. Furthermore, in Oceania there was not seen any cultivatinal effection, while in north America with 3.3% it was the main reason of this matter. Europe and North America with 0.2% in deforestration and 1.5% in over-grazing were contained the last positions in each activities, respectively.

Those menial tasks such as making copies or making coffee are not able to fulfil their high expectation. Those experiences provide many opportunities for their future, real-world experiences, networking, time management, and career foundations. To work in companies, students have experiences to work hands on with the real business. A good working place will provide an opportunity for students preparing for their priorities direction. Generally speaking, the people in companies will help interns by giving direction to their job. Students will receive guidance during their internship to achieve good performances. An Internship is a way to test drive jobs for students, whether they are able to pursue their goals or explore different career options. Networking are often given by companies to students in order to gain new connections and learn how to communicate in a professional way. Many students expect this opportunity to explore their ability in communication as well as building companies’ connection. As students expect to meet business professionals in their field, networking is a proper place to practice their communication skill to bring positive impact to companies. Time management will train students to be better at managing their self and for the company. They won’t be able to survive in the company if they do not have good time management. On the other side, they also must make all tasks is well organized, for examples finishing tasks on deadlines, handling phone calls or managing time to break or get permission. Students must notice how crucial time management in global business as it makes tasks become well organized. They expect internship can be a career foundation for their future. They perceive that choosing the right path will help them to set up their career. Most students choose their internship based on the linearity of the interest and prospects. As a conclusion, students are willing to do the internship with the hope to improve their ability to work for their next step in life.
