To illustrate, a strong economy of Japan is evident because of contented workers due to the perfect recognition methodology adopted by the industrialists. It is, therefore, imperative to gather the requisite data to utilise it at a correct time. On the contrary, every human has a different psychological pattern, and some employees may consider this as a wrong practice. As they would be creating a false and negative image about the company at a very initial stage, it would affect their output level deleteriously. A recent research in Europe, for example, proved that a colossal number of young working professionals did not perform well in beginning of their job because they were not pleased with the questions being asked during their interview. Hence, the reason of asking questions should be mentioned on company’s website to avoid any conflicts. In conclusion, it can be reiterated that whereas demanding some information about their families from a fresh entrant could be proved advantageous for rewarding them, it might lead to a negative approach about the company. However, it would be a smart move, in my perspective, for strengthening the bond between factory and its workers.

Too much money is spent on maintaining and repairing old buildings. Some people think that they should be knocked out to give way to modern buildings. To what extent do you agree or disagree? The vast majority people believe on constructing stylish buildings to live in while many suggest to keep the ancient buildings. Ancient buildings send message to the new generation on what did look like and their behaviors. There are many reasons to illustrate on how the old buildings are important for the new generations. First of all, the ancient buildings are made by our ancestors and I personally believe that we should have a look their imaginations and constructing buildings. Second of all, to see the constructing historic buildings make us more creative persons in our live to make even better buildings for the generations ahead. On the other hand, new constructions can be an innovative model. If I point it out to some example, the connection of people in highly raised buildings are more simplified than the old ones. For instance, the high raised buildings are more proper for the economy and population. Office workers can be easily contacted. Consequently, office workers and city dwellers do not waste the connection time. Many people are also happy to manage their things closely in office and it’s definitely preventing by going for away from on office to another.
