Unfortunately, this condition might bring a person in lacking experiences from another abilities and situations that would be a challenge for him or her if their office had got a bankrupt suddenly.
On another side, the research shows that people who are changing their occupation twice in a minimum can take a multitasking job and survive in facing some unexpectedly issues rather than those who only have one position in their life. For instance, an actuary has a job in a private company taking care of life insurance before she moved into a government institution that tackle some medical and health issues in which threaten lives. She should hand on experiences regarding all the calculation about risk-life theories in real life, whereby it can be only acquired from the company which she undertook beforehand. However, the drawback of displacing the organisations over and over again is the workers should start their career from zero in their new institution and might bring a perfect designation that is not in short time.

So, it has become common for many families to have both parents working. There are two kinds of families having working parents nowadays. Some may choose for having a better life and to make their future financially secured, while another chooses because of their financial needs. Recently, from the last decade women empowerment has seen a significant improvement. So, Women are sharing equal responsibilities with men in all professions.I believe that families having both working parents have edge over others in a financial perspective. But its impact on children must be recognized first. In families, when parents go to work, children are left at home alone. Some people argue that children become independent and they learn how to manage their selves. In addition, they believe that children who grow up having the support of their relatives in the family make them more social and kind.On the contrary, other believe that both working parents do not give enough attention to children’s development. Thus, children become undisciplined and may go out of hand sometimes. According to them, if one of the parents is earning enough money, then another should concentrate on children’s development. Money is not a serious matter always. Parents should not become too greedy.There are many examples of both working parents from my friend circle. They are good parents and understand their responsibilities towards their children. Nowadays, there has been a rise in the number of nuclear families as compared to the extended families. While having a small family can be beneficial in many ways such as financial stability and access to better and quality education, there are some considerable drawback.
Nuclear family on the one hand makes it easier for the household to achieve a better and a more sustainable financial stability as a result of the number of people to be catered for. For instance, In a small family where both parent work, they are able to provide all the support and luxuries their family requires and able to save funds while planning for their future needs. Also, having this type of family will allow the parent to provide a high standard education for the kids because the increasing cost of quality education has made it difficult for a medium income earner to afford. Therefore, a family with small members would be able to save more money and provide this for their kids.
On the other hand, there are some drawbacks to having a small sized family such as having a small support system. In emergency situations such as an accident or even in the time of illness, it becomes increasingly difficult to meet the family’s expectations and needs especially in instances where both are working and have young children to look after.

Nowadays, people often thought that it is of great value to have a nuclear family instead of having an extended family.
