During the year 2005, the most sold product was electronic appliances with 35% whilst the second most purchased via online shopping was home furnishings with 22% from all the vending. Comes after food and beverage and video games with the former that took 22% of the global online market and the latter that represented the smallest proportion 18% Nonetheless, the trend has changed 5 years after in 2010. Indeed, Electronic goods still represented an important part of the total selling with 30%, but weren’t the first product to be sold. Food and beverage took the lead with a proportion of 32% of the total sales. In addition, video games came in the 3rd position representing 23% of online purchases in Canada whilst home furnitures became at the last position of online bargains with 15%. In general, electronics have always represented an important part of the online market in Canada.

Overall, the city’s landscape has undergone significant transformations over this fifty-year period, marked by numerous changes and the introduction of new amenities. In 1970, Springer was primarily a rural area, characterized by a vast forest, large farmland, and only a few buildings, including two houses and one shop. However, the town has experienced dramatic changes over the years. Notably, much of the forest was cleared to make way for various new facilities. A school was built at the town’s center, surrounded by numerous shops. In the top right-hand corner, an airport was constructed, located near a small remaining portion of the forest, as well as some flats above the shops. The large farmland from 1970 was reduced significantly to accommodate additional apartments and new housing. Moreover, there has been a marked increase in the number of roads connecting the buildings compared to the 1970 layout (disposition). Despite these developments, some green spaces from the original forest remain, particularly a stretch of greenery along the western edge of the town. In conclusion, Springer has been transformed dramatically from a rural settlement in 1970 to a more urbanized area today.

The two maps illustrate the major changes in a harbour from 2000 to the present time. Overall, the port has undergone a significant development marked by the introduction of numerous amenities and the renovation of others. In 2000, the harbour was joinable from 2 entrances starting from the main road, which is located alongside the western edge of the map. However, another entrance has been settled in the recent plan. Indeed, a new entry was exclusively devoted to a large car park as well as additional toilets and showers. Furthermore, the marina and its private yachts have taken a larger area in front of the new toilets whilst the fishing boats were permuted to the initial marina’s space in the 2000 port’s feature. Alongside the northern entry of the port, new docks and passenger ferries, located before arriving at the public beach, were erected. On the other southern side, new cafes and shops were constructed in addition to the replacement of the further eastern castle with a hotel. To summarize, the following harbour has been developed with the introduction of a fresh infrastructure and the renovation of the ancient ones.

In 1970 the pueblo consisted of a wide forest landscape with a large farmland and only a few constructions, especially 2 houses and one shop. However, Springer Town did dramatically change throughout the decades. Indeed, we notice that diverse facilities were developed at the expense of the wide forest. A school has been erected in the center of the town with lots of shops all around. At the top right-hand corner, an airport has been constructed, near a small portion of forest and some flats at the top of the shops. In addition, the huge farmland has been restricted to a small area in order to allow room for some apartment buildings and a house. There has also been a surge in the number of streets and avenues between buildings than the 1970 model. Even though, we can still notice some green spaces kept from the previous forest, especially a band of Greenland alongside- the west town. To conclude, the town of Springer changed drastically from 1970 to nowadays, moving from a rural to an urban area.
