I’m writing this letter to just let you know that I’m coming to your town to see you as well as for my business reason.
Recently, I was planning to expand my company to other provinces. Hence, I need to visit rental office space physically and owner of the property because my company’s products are needed to the consumer around this country. Hence, this time I’m visiting your town on coming week. In addition, I will be staying in one of the most prestigious hotels in your city.
Furthermore, I was felt worried last time when I saw you because I did had limited amount of time to speak with you. Fortunately, this time I allocated a separate leisure time for us in my schedule. So, we can talk to each other and we can discuss about our old golden memories.
Finally, I would like to share some recommended ways to see you. First, we can meet in one of the esteemed restaurants in your town at evening, or else you can also come to my hotel room after 6pm. Therefore, we can spend time privately without any disturbance.
