Other problem , the missing laboratory classes are very hard to be substituted.  For all above reasons ,I want to apply for new card , hopefully, as soon as possible, in order to attend my classes and be able to finish my research in time , as you know the temporal permission would be expired by the end to today , I'm wondering if any official form should be filled .
