Overall, it can be clearly seen, the area has been transpormed in to more residensial facilities and developing the flood prevention method. Furthermore, the bridge that connected to two river bank is built. The other one has been replaced by the kid's playing area. The wharehouse on the middle of the river bank has been renovated in the appartment while newly constructed hotel is appeard left side of it.
