People who argue that there should not be any restriction on publication of people's private lifestyle have several reasons.One of the reasons is that, they think such a decision by the government would contravene the constitutional provision of freedom of speech.They argue that the press should be at liberty to publicize everything and anything about people's private affairs and if for any reason the stories are untrue, they have the legal right to approach the court for libel or slander as the case may be.Furthermore, they believe that because humans have the tendency to learn from people mistakes as well as successes,it is only right for the media not to be restrained from publicising people's personal lives.For Instance, I personally learnt from Canadian President,Justin Tradeau's Black face saga that, we should be mindful of the kind of jokes we make as it may come back to hunt us later in life.
However, other people have dissenting view about publication of individual's private affairs.They argue that it may lead to depression.This is presumably because some persons are melancholic in nature and ordinarily love to remain private,and if for any reason their private affairs are made public, it may likely affect their mental state and eventually cause depression. For example, a popular musician named Faraday committed suicide because a sex tape with his girlfriend was made public.
In conclusion, I completely agree that the government should control the information the the press punlishes so as to avoid people slipping into depression and threat to life.

The maps illustrate detail plan of the port of the Liverton in 1980 and how does it appear today. Overall, it can be clearly seen, the area has been transpormed in to more residensial facilities and developing the flood prevention method. Furthermore, the bridge that connected to two river bank is built. When turnning to the first plan, in 1980 this area mainly used for exported and imported of goods.At that time two wharehouses were on north side of the river bank, one of them has been mordenized as a education centre. The other one has been replaced by the kid's playing area. Thea newly build building replace the crane which is using as a sailing club, on betwen education centre at the left side and right side of it has playing area. Apart from that, dramatical changes can be seen on the south side of the river bank. The wharehouse on the middle of the river bank has been renovated in the appartment while newly constructed hotel is appeard left side of it. Moreover, the parking facilities are provided next to the appartments. On the other hand, today, the area is prevented from flood by constructing the barrier.

Overall, the city’s landscape has undergone significant transformations over this fifty-year period, marked by numerous changes and the introduction of new amenities. In 1970, Springer was primarily a rural area, characterized by a vast forest, large farmland, and only a few buildings, including two houses and one shop. However, the town has experienced dramatic changes over the years. Notably, much of the forest was cleared to make way for various new facilities. A school was built at the town’s center, surrounded by numerous shops. In the top right-hand corner, an airport was constructed, located near a small remaining portion of the forest, as well as some flats above the shops. The large farmland from 1970 was reduced significantly to accommodate additional apartments and new housing. In 1970 the pueblo consisted of a wide forest landscape with a large farmland and only a few constructions, especially 2 houses and one shop. However, Springer Town did dramatically change throughout the years. Indeed, we notice that diverse facilities were developed at the expense of the wide forest. A school has been raised in the center of the town with lots of shops all around. At the top right-hand corner, an airport has been constructed, near a small portion of forest and some flats at the top of the shops. In addition, the huge farmland has been restricted to a small area in order to allow the place to some apartments and a house lift up. there has also been a surge in the quantity of arteries between buildings than the 1970 model. Even though, we can still notice some green spaces from the past forest, especially a band of Greenland alongside- the west town. To conclude, the town of Springer changed drastically from 1970 to nowadays, moving from a rural to an urban area.

The main difference between the two protection plans is whether there is a stopbank or not In the first diagram, the function of a stopbank as a barrier against flooding from nearby rivers is illustrated. This barrier, depicted as a mound near a drain/river, exceeds the predicted height of a 100-year flood. Additionally, the houses can be built on stilts to prevent flooding from rainwater, and there is a floodgate beneath the stopbank opened to allow the internal winding to drain off into the river. In contrast, the second illustration portrays the dire consequences of a house lacking such protection, directly exposed to overflowing water. In this case, buildings are also raised on stilts. The height of the stilts is 300mm above the 100-year flood level which is called freeboard. This measurement can secure the house against the flood.
