Having multi talent, learning through out life becoming necessity for humans rather than dependent on one career option. This essay completely agree with this opinion. Firstly, will discuss why people are strict to single talent. Secondly, will explain what is the latest trend in people’ life style about their career and how they are utilising.
On one hand, previous day people strict to one talent or career option. They have several reasons. Firstly, very limited resource available to explore other options due to that they are not able to lean new things in their life and strict to single path. Secondly, family dependencies make them to work to support their families. So that, family persons not able to spend extra time or money on new career. There have been alot of discussions recently as to whether or not the government should impose a restriction on information aired by media houses. People who argue that there should not be any restriction on publication of people's private lifestyle have several reasons.One of the reasons is that, they think such a decision by the government would contravene the constitutional provision of freedom of speech.They argue that the press should be at liberty to publicize everything and anything about people's private affairs and if for any reason the stories are untrue, they have the legal right to approach the court for libel or slander as the case may be.Furthermore, they believe that because humans have the tendency to learn from people mistakes as well as successes,it is only right for the media not to be restrained from publicising people's personal lives.For Instance, I personally learnt from Canadian President,Justin Tradeau's Black face saga that, we should be mindful of the kind of jokes we make as it may come back to hunt us later in life.

It has been suggested by some people that employees should be remunerated on the extent of their input and output. In my opinion, I totally agree that people should be paid on how much they produce and sell because that will increase their level of diligence and productivity.
To start with, most of the 21st century youths wants free money and wants to be rich without working for it. But, if there is a realisation that the money will be earned based on the amount of goods and services being produced, people will be more diligent and work hard. In addition, there will also be an increase in the productivity of the employer. This is because more production will bring more sales and more sales will bring more profit to the company.
Furthermore, there will be a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction on the part of the workers because they are working for their pay. Moreso, it will teach the workers to be prudent in their spending because the money was earned under their sweat. In fact, more people will be encouraged to save for the rainy days. For example, there was a research done by the youth empowerment scheme which relates to being paid as you work and about 75% of the workers were in support of getting paid based on the work done.
In conclusion, the best way to motivate people and encourage diligence is to pay them based on how much they produce and sell.
