The given bar chart illustrates the percentage of illiterate male and female in 6 different regions in the last year. Overall, it can be seen that South Asia had the highest rate of illteracy whereas developed countries has the lowest one. Additionally, the number of illiterary female was always more than that of male in all region during the survey. Regarding 3 regions that had a low percentage of people in illiteracy.
