Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Hiring Manager,
Children today have to face the pressure from different aspects of modern life, such as education, society and business. I would analyze the reasons and provide solutions.
The most evident reason would be vicious competition in today’s world. Children who want to study at a famous university have to achieve better scores than their peers. In addition, they have to handle relationships with people around them. They have been told that social skill can benefit them to get opportunities in society in the future. As a consequence, some students try to make friends with children who have good scores or excellent family backgrounds. On the other hand, children also get pressure from their families and peers. At home, a child may be told that one of his cousins is excellent, so he should learn from him. At school, a child might suffer bully because he doesn’t have famous band clothes or he comes from a poor family.
The solution for the first condition is to encourage them to learn for interests rather than scores. Since interests are the best teacher which is a guide to tell children how to learn well so that children don’t have to treat the? study as a task but some interesting things. For the second condition, parents should learn better methods to educate their children. They can relive the children’s stress by companionship or tell them what is the best friendship. At school, teachers have the responsibility to tell students that they should not judge a book from its cover and do not laugh at the students who need help.
In conclusion, education is an important responsibility for the whole society. So more reasons for the children’s pressure need to be found and tackled so that they can grow up healthily.
Today, an increasing number of parents have chosen to remove their children from conventional schools and teach them at homes by tutors or by parents themselves. From my perspective, the disadvantages are more significant than the benefits.
Admittedly, there are some advantages for those children who study at home. For example, a flexible schedule meets the family needs and customized learning plans may inspire some children’s interests, so many of them can learn much faster and deeper in some subjects than their peers. For those children suffered from bullying at school, homeschooling can not only make them feel safe under the protection of their parents but also strengthen their family bonds. All of these appear perfect as those parents claimed in the short term.
However, judging from a general development in the long run, there are many disadvantages for home-schooled students. They can barely obtain widely knowledge as their peers. In China, students normally learn eleven to twelve subjects with professional teachers who graduated with(from?) specific majors. Conversely, parents can hardly offer professional education in various subjects as school teachers do. Even they can hire professional tutors teaching at home, that still cannot compare with school education, let alone it is a big financial burden from a family. Additionally, students not only get knowledge at school but also practise social skills with their peers, such as communication skills and conflict solving methods. It is impossible for children to learn( Students cannot learn, which expression is better?) from their families when they study at home.
In conclusion, education is a serious problem (topic?) for everyone, especially for children. Homeschooling methods can take many advantages for children, whereas they cannot replace school education. The cons outweigh the pros apparently. Therefore, parents should consider cautiously before making decisions.

A significant change in education has led students around the world to obtain knowledge, either in the theoretical or the practical field. Generally speaking, many universities in the world have provided a good system in education with a purpose to improve the quality of education offered to their students. To make a good system to be more implemented, universities commonly give students the a time to gain experience in the practical field. The opportunity could be a program with the aim to encourage students in applying their theoretical knowledge in practice.
The need for a better progress for today and the future is one of the reasons many students are looking for well-known companies to do an internship. There are many efforts that must be done to get a good place to work. And, by this proces, students are often faced daunting proces for determining companies. There are many steps that they must be dealing with the selection process, it could be a long process of recruitment. The situation that students face will be more complicated when they must deal with the visa procedures in the country of destination.
The situation above is often experienced by students who are willing to do internship abroad. As the impact, the situation is successfully created demands on providing the service to those students. Many internship business providers were established to help and solve a long process of internship placement. Due to students’ expectation is not only about doing menial tasks, but they are also highly expected to have meaningful experiences which enable them to apply the hard and soft skill. Those experiences provide many opportunities for their future, real-world experiences, networking, time management, and career foundations.
To work in companies, students have experiences to work hands on with the real business. A good working place will provide an opportunity for students preparing for their priorities direction. Generally speaking, the people in companies will help interns by giving direction to their job. Students will receive guidance during their internship to achieve good performances. An Internship is a way to test drive jobs for students, whether they are able to pursue their goals or explore different career options.
Networking are often given by companies to students in order to gain new connections and learn how to communicate in a professional way. Many students expect this opportunity to explore their ability in communication as well as building companies’ connection. As students expect to meet business professionals in their field, networking is a proper place to practice their communication skill to bring positive impact to companies.
Time management will train students to be better at managing their self and for the company. They won’t be able to survive in the company if they do not have good time management. On the other side, they also must make all tasks is well organized, for examples finishing tasks on deadlines, handling phone calls or managing time to break or get permission. Students must notice how crucial time management in global business as it makes tasks become well organized.
They expect internship can be a career foundation for their future. They perceive that choosing the right path will help them to set up their career. Most students choose their internship based on the linearity of the interest and prospects. As a conclusion, students are willing to do the internship with the hope to improve their ability to work for their next step in life.
