The diagram shows and illustrates cement construction and how plaster is used to produce concrete for the construction of new buildings. A manufacturing of cement using an apparatus by mixing materials, through the food processor and it is made as powder, which finally accumulates as cement further packed in bags, whereas concrete production is made by four materials through a concrete mixer. Clay and limestone are crushed as a powder by the crusher and used as a mixer, the fine particles are sent to the rotating heater and heat the substances. In addition, bags of cement were produced by the grinder. The four materials such as cement (15%), water (10%), sand (25%), and small stones (50%) play a major role in the production of concrete with the help of concrete mixer apparatus.

The table chart illustrates the number employee and manufacturers in both England and Wales from 1851 to 1901. Overall, the number of employees was dwindling whilst factories' numbers stayed roughly the same over the fifty-year period. Looking in closer detail to the table, it can be highlighted that the number of employees in 1851 was worth 477 100 for a total of 225 factories with a majority of males. A decade later, the number of factories jumped slightly to 227 with a noticeable decrease of employees, mainly composed of females, who represented 160 000 workers versus 131780 male workers. In 1871, the number of manufacturing facilities lifted overwhelmingly up, to nearly 3 times higher, with a steady decline in the employees’ number. However, men are this time more represented in the workers. This trend will continue until 1891, when the number of factories moved down from 721 in 1881 to 625 one decade later. With fewer workers and more males than females, the number of factories reached the point of 600 factories in 1901, involving a bottom of 61 000, concerning the total employee number. To conclude, we can say with confidence that throughout the second part of the 19th century, the number of factories increased with a significant decrease in the number of workers, no matter whether they were males or females.

It is argued by many that for growth and development of a nation, government should provide more funds to teach science subjects like medical science, computer science and information technology as compared to other subjects.I assert with this opinion because inventions in through science have helped saving health and environment significantly. To embark on, Science plays a pivotal role in human development over centuries.Researches in medical science have helped cure various diseases like cancer and other long term diseases as well as irradicate and prevent lethal diseases like plague, polio, influenza and Ebola.Thereby helping improve health of the country.Recent health surveys in the United Kingdom has shown overall 30 percent reduction in occurrence of diseases .Thus, investing more money in teaching medical studies will help country progress and develop. In addition, advancement in computer science and information technology has aided in development of industries with complex machineries, which helped increasing the productivity.Thereby boosting economic growth of the country.Owing to use of machineries and manufacturing processes in the United States and China , studies have shown that these countries have progressed significantly over years. In fact the developed countries all over the world have more scientific background as compared to developing countries.furthermore industrialisation helps produce jobs eventually promoting the economic growth of the nation. To, conclude, in my opinion, although other subjects like arts and literature would benefit country, funding more in scientific teaching would help invent new things which will promote growth and development of the country and make it a better place to live in.
