First of all , juveniles are not mentally developed at this stage of life owing to if they are given money they can utilise those funds in an inappropriate ways such as for chocolate candies and so on which are not beneficial for their health apart from it due to this phenomena that children can start giving their preference to Money rather than relations. After analysing both the views it can be said giving money as gift to offsprings is not detrimental effect on them, if parents teach them importance of money at early age.
