In your letter describe the situation explain why you cannot continue at this time say what action you would like to take You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear ................. , There are three main things to consider before writing your essay: 1. Tone (formal or informal) Sometimes students are friendly with their tutors, but I think it would be better to write a formal letter. Start with your tutor’s surname (e.g. Dear Mr. Smith,) and end with “Yours sincerely,”. Avoid contractions (write “I am” instead of “I’m”), and avoid using informal idioms or expressions. Be polite rather than friendly. 2. Purpose The main purpose of this letter is to inform your tutor that you are leaving the course. Make this clear straight away (e.g. I am writing to inform you that...). Then cover the three points, writing a short paragraph for each. 3. Ideas I recommend spending a few minutes planning ideas for each of the task points before you start writing. You need to decide what the evening course is about, what your full-time job is, a reason why you are too busy with work to continue with the course, and whether you want to leave completely or perhaps continue at a later date.

Nowadays newspaper publish information about the private lives of individuals.some think that the government should maintain certain control over the information that gets published, while others disagree.Discuss both views and give your opinion. There have been alot of discussions recently as to whether or not the government should impose a restriction on information aired by media houses. Some people think there should not be any form of restriction, others, however disagree. Personally, I think there should be some restrain by the government on contents published by the press. People who argue that there should not be any restriction on publication of people's private lifestyle have several reasons. One of the reasons is that, they think such a decision by the government would contravene the constitutional provision of freedom of speech. They argue that the press should be at liberty to publicize everything and anything about people's private affairs and if for any reason the stories are untrue, they have the legal right to approach the court for libel or slander as the case may be.Furthermore, they believe that because humans have the tendency to learn from people mistakes as well as successes,it is only right for the media not to be restrained from publicising people's personal lives. For Instance, I personally learnt from Canadian President,Justin Tradeau's Black face saga that, we should be mindful of the kind of jokes we make as it may come back to hunt us later in life. However, other people have dissenting view about publication of individual's private affairs. They argue that it may lead to depression. This is presumably because some persons are melancholic in nature and ordinarily love to remain private, and if for any reason their private affairs are made public, it may likely affect their mental state and eventually cause depression. For example, a popular musician named Faraday committed suicide because a sex tape with his girlfriend was made public. In conclusion, I completely agree that the government should control the information the the press punlishes so as to avoid people slipping into depression and threat to life.

The given diagram shows the process of producing clean drinking water by a water filter. In the first step, impure water is put into a metal (iron or steel) container with a wooden top. In the metal container there are three filtering layers, namely sand, charcoal and gravel, with sand at the top and gravel at the bottom. In the bottom part, the water, which is filtered through the three layers, is stored temporarily. An angled metal pipe is there which has the lower opening in the bottom part of the water filter tank. The upper part of the pipe comes out from the upper part and is linked to another closed metal tank. The filtered water from the first tank is brought into the second tank, which is at a lower level than the first tank. There is a tap attached to the bottom part of the tank, through which the clean drinking water can be taken out for drinking.
