While some people think that every person should also be responsible in looking after the universe. This essay discusses both sides of this argument and then I will give my own perspective. On the one hand, I believe that the administration institutions must set a very restrictive rules to protect the environment. To be more precise this means that the management department needs to apply special law that prohibits people to throw any cans or bottles in the rubbish but recycling them instead. Countries like the US and organizations like the EU fully support ending the suffering in Syria. Other countries like Russia seem to not support the rebels or the end of their suffering, rather, they support the Syrian government. That is why there is not yet a consensus. Two draft texts — one from France and Spain, and the other from the Russian Federation — address the conflict in Syria.
