Indeed, a new entry was exclusively devoted to a large car park as well as additional toilets and showers. Furthermore, the marina and its private yachts have taken a larger area in front of the new toilets whilst the fishing boats were permuted to the initial marina’s space in the 2000 port’s feature. Alongside the northern entry of the port, new docks and passenger ferries, located before arriving at the public beach, were erected. On the other southern side, new cafes and shops were constructed in addition to the replacement of the further eastern castle with a hotel. Overall, it can be clearly seen, the area has been transpormed in to more residensial facilities and developing the flood prevention method. Furthermore, the bridge that connected to two river bank is built. When turnning to the first plan, in 1980 this area mainly used for exported and imported of goods.At that time two wharehouses were on north side of the river bank, one of them has been mordenized as a education centre. The other one has been replaced by the kid's playing area. Thea newly build building replace the crane which is using as a sailing club, on betwen education centre at the left side and right side of it has playing area. Apart from that, dramatical changes can be seen on the south side of the river bank. The wharehouse on the middle of the river bank has been renovated in the appartment while newly constructed hotel is appeard left side of it. Moreover, the parking facilities are provided next to the appartments. On the other hand, today, the area is prevented from flood by constructing the barrier.

A glance at the table reveals the number of visitors to Ashadown Museum before and after its renovation. It is evident from the table that the number of visitors significantly increased to 92,000 after the renovation, compared to approximately 74,000 before the reconstruction. Among these groups, the rate of dissatisfied visitors saw the most significant change, dropping from 40 percent before the museum's redecoration to a remarkable decline of 15 percent after. In contrast, the rate of very satisfied visitors experienced an exponential increase, rising from 15 percent before the renovation to 35 percent after. Furthermore, the percentage of satisfied visitors also showed a rise of 10 percent after the changes to the museum, reaching approximately 40 percent. Similarly, both the groups of very dissatisfied visitors and those who did not respond showed a similar percentage of 5 percent in the year following the refurbishment of the museum.
