Why is it important to have job autonomy?
Getting a job that in lines with your passion may be enjoyable. It because you have a bigger chance to apply your mastery into practice. And there are many people out there who don’t have the same experience as yours in this case. Foremost, autonomy makes your job performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. It also hinders job stress that may make them feel working under pressure. The point here is how to make yourself happy while doing your job.
