Celebrities and their salaries nowadays have considered an ubiquitous depate all over the globe. Their highly salaries gravitate vast amount of youngsters to change their careers to be one them one day.many of public people do not see that would make any trouble if they get high salaries while others think that it is more than usual. I adopt the stance that many of those entertainers do not deserve what they get. In this essay I will discuss both points of views and giving examples for both views. To begin with, many of entertainers are squandering the money that could be spent in a beneficial way like charity purposes because these money are not restricted for a specific criteria of people. For instance,in 2017 Emaa watsson who is a Hollywood actress had been paid for 142 million dollars for her last movie, which is considered to be wasting of money.Insteadily, that can be spent on rebuilding the society or at least contributing of that. This shows that many of young generation when they are following that could think of doing anything to imitate them. On the other hand, the rest of people who take a proponent side with spending high salaries on the entertainers have of the beleif that they are role models and represent the country and its talents all over the world.Additionally, the quintessential role that they are doing in advising the youth and the awareness campaigns they make. For example,in 2014 Angelina jolie who is a Hollywood celebrity had made a campaign for starved people in Somalia and donated for them.Surprisingly, her campaign gained a lot of sympathy and welcoming all over the globe.Hence, their roles and their impact on people can not be replaced with anything else. In conclusion,it can be reiterrated that those entertainers may exert a beneficial role in our society but also it can not be compared to the money that they get. However, many of them could donate for different charity organisations.that could be advantageous but in my humble opinion I tink that it is a few amount of money that originally belong to the public.

Firstly, will discuss why people are strict to single talent. Secondly, will explain what is the latest trend in people’ life style about their career and how they are utilising. On one hand, previous day people strict to one talent or career option. They have several reasons. Firstly, very limited resource available to explore other options due to that they are not able to lean new things in their life and strict to single path. On other hand, these days people are multi talented from their childhood. Not only in studies and other activities like dance, music and community activities. Few time they have to face recession, to face it they have to multi talent other wise they will be job less for more number of days. There is a debate concerning about the better work whether undertaking in the same entreprise for the lifetime or occupying distinct organisations. This essay discusses both sides of this contentious argument and then I will give my own perpectives. If someone is determined to labour in one place, it would ensure their long career and the easiness reaching better position one day. The company certainly pay attention for the loyal employees and the ones whose understanding their works better anyone else, knowing how to develop their business and/or products, and strengthening the weakness of their organisation. All of these are only obtained by diving the duties for a long time and then someone will become an experts of this kind of job. This expetises lead to higher position, albeit perhaps in long way to go. Unfortunately, this condition might bring a person in lacking experiences from another abilities and situations that would be a challenge for him or her if their office had got a bankrupt suddenly. On another side, the research shows that people who are changing their occupation twice in a minimum can take a multitasking job and survive in facing some unexpectedly issues rather than those who only have one position in their life. For instance, an actuary has a job in a private company taking care of life insurance before she moved into a government institution that tackle some medical and health issues in which threaten lives. She should hand on experiences regarding all the calculation about risk-life theories in real life, whereby it can be only acquired from the company which she undertook beforehand. However, the drawback of displacing the organisations over and over again is the workers should start their career from zero in their new institution and might bring a perfect designation that is not in short time. To conclude, both of the constant or altered organisations will give each own beneficial and detrimental conditions. In my opinion, it is a good idea and recommended to take chances looking perfect organisations and if it have fitted into what I am looking for, I prefer to immediately decide to settle down for long time until the time of retired.

There exist contrasting views about supervisors seeking some data, while employing new workers, about their likes and dislikes or their marital status that whether it is relevant or irrelevant to inquire about this information. There exist strong arguments in support of both sides of this debate, which implies it is worth examining both points of view before reaching any conclusion. To commence with, it is vital to collect the necessary data about the fresh entrants in any organisation because it would give an idea about providing incentives to particular worker to boost the morale. Precisely, the management would be able to decide that whether reward should be monetary or non-monetary. To illustrate, a strong economy of Japan is evident because of contented workers due to the perfect recognition methodology adopted by the industrialists. It is, therefore, imperative to gather the requisite data to utilise it at a correct time. On the contrary, every human has a different psychological pattern, and some employees may consider this as a wrong practice. As they would be creating a false and negative image about the company at a very initial stage, it would affect their output level deleteriously. A recent research in Europe, for example, proved that a colossal number of young working professionals did not perform well in beginning of their job because they were not pleased with the questions being asked during their interview. Hence, the reason of asking questions should be mentioned on company’s website to avoid any conflicts. In conclusion, it can be reiterated that whereas demanding some information about their families from a fresh entrant could be proved advantageous for rewarding them, it might lead to a negative approach about the company. However, it would be a smart move, in my perspective, for strengthening the bond between factory and its workers.
