To illustrate, In Nigeria, Unilever factory workers are paid daily based on the quantity of their production. As a result, workers perform their work in their full capacity till exhaustion. Secondly, wages that are dependent on sales give rise to development of better marketing strategies to improve sales. Employees will be encouraged to emulate better marketing and communications skills to advertise and encourage buyers to purchase goods because target must be met.
