In past games, personality was not ideal in our society, but in the 21st century, their minds changed and sportspeople became heroes and people started following them. In my belief sports persons get lots of extra benefits neither faces any problems. We will discuss in detail what benefits players get in their sideline of games. Many cricketers are known for their performance, for example, Shahid Afridi made the fastest century at Sharjah Stadium. After that, he became very popular as a game winner and aggressive player. Therefore, the international cricket leagues selected Shahid Afridi at a higher salary in their teams. This is another extra income for him. It would not be wrong to say that the more famous, higher the price. Out Side the ground popular cricketers play an important role in various television commercials, because of public demand, for instance, Cricketer Virat kholi act in shampoo advertising behind the reason of popularity, I read a statement of company brands managers who said that; when that ads aired consumers liked so much and also product demand was higher . furthermore, sportsmen never retire, because after they will retired as a player, they will start new career as a commentator, coach, and sports analyst, like Retired Cricketer Wasim Akram, Ramiz Raja, Shoaib Akhter. On the other hand, many of company invite well-known sportsperson as a chief guest for the popularity of events. Those types of events also highly paid. At the same time, many crickets participate in different social and awareness campaigns to influence their common man. In conclusion, the most famous person turns into a cash figure. It is sometimes argued that advertising power and the artificial needs of the people should be represented by products sold in high sales. In my opinion, it would be wrong to encourage people to spend unnecessary money. There are several reasons why advertisements can be useful in society. Firstly, this can inform people about real bargains so brochures and catalogs enable people to compare products and services at leisure. Secondly, if people do not have time to shop around, they would rely on advertising, so they can learn about new products. Finally, the advertisement could inform people about the environmental impact of products. As a result, customers can consider the ecological effect of goods. Furthermore, people can easily find out, if a company supports fair trade. One the other hand, the advertisement could extremely create artificial needs, while people maybe would not need to buy the product. By making these needs, people might spend many on that product, which could threaten the budget of the family. People might buy a thing because of the glamourous images associated with that product. For example, children are easily influenced by commercials, so they pester their parents to buy certain goods. Furthermore, I believe that the art of advertising might be subtly to persuade people to spend money on specific goods. In conclusion, my view is that advertisements could create needs which are unreal, therefore, increase company sales.

he provided diagram illustrates process of manufacturing bricks from raw materials and further shows how they are processed. Overall, there are 7 main stages, beginning with the clay extraction and ending with the delivery of the final product. Firstly, heavy machinery like diggers are used to extract naturally occurring clay in quarries. Then, extracted materials are filtered through a metal grid to break them into smaller, more even by size particles. Sand and water are later added to form a uniform mixture than can be conveniently cut or moulded. To remove excess water, bricks are put into drying ovens for 1 or 2 days. Then, to enhance hardness and durability of the product, it is transported to industrial kilns, that have various stages of drying. Firstly, to completely dry the product, it is exposed to moderate temperatures of 200-980 degrees. In the next stage, temperatures reach 1300 degrees Celsius, improving structural abilities of clay. Such high temperatures are necessary to reinforce the inner structure of the material. In the last stage of drying, bricks are put into cooling chambers for several days. Finally, product is packaged in boxes and thereafter sent for delivery. Bricks manufacturing is a multi step, technologically advanced process, crucial for any building purposes
