However, Springer Town did dramatically change throughout the years. Indeed, we notice that diverse facilities were developed at the expense of the wide forest. A school has been raised in the center of the town with lots of shops all around. At the top right-hand corner, an airport has been constructed, near a small portion of forest and some flats at the top of the shops. In addition, the huge farmland has been restricted to a small area in order to allow the place for some apartments and a house lifts up. there has also been a surge in the number of arteries between buildings than the 1970 model. Even though, we can still notice some green spaces from the past forest, especially a band of Greenland alongside- the west town. To conclude, the town of Springer changed drastically from 1970 to nowadays, moving from a rural to an urban area.

Sand and water are later added to form a uniform mixture than can be conveniently cut or moulded. To remove excess water, bricks are put into drying ovens for 1 or 2 days. Then, to enhance hardness and durability of the product, it is transported to industrial kilns, that have various stages of drying. Firstly, to completely dry the product, it is exposed to moderate temperatures of 200-980 degrees. In the next stage, temperatures reach 1300 degrees Celsius, improving structural abilities of clay. Such high temperatures are necessary to reinforce the inner structure of the material. In the last stage of drying, bricks are put into cooling chambers for several days. Finally, product is packaged in boxes and thereafter sent for delivery. Bricks manufacturing is a multi step, technologically advanced process, crucial for any building purposes

Exports to Japan experienced a steady decrease over the 22-year period, starting at around 26% in 1990 and falling to just over 15% in 2012. Interestingly, there was a slight rise from 5% to 6% between 2010 and 2012.
