Hello! We tried to hire a handyman for a specific job. Many of them refused to take a task, so I spent a long time trying to find someone. Finally I found Martin. It is so specific task where you have to be so careful doing the work. Martin doest't seem to be so confident with it. I spoke with the administration of our building, they told me to hold on with the work until they do not inspect the area (related to plumbing). I notify Martin and kindly asked him if we can reschedule for tomorrow. He said that he can't. Then I asked him how long the task will take and another question related to the job. But he haven't even response me since them.
With all the respect I am totally disagree with the charge! Especially considering, that the tasker even stop answering my messages in the end.
Please, issue a refund.
I liked the platform, but after this incident I am doubting if I ever will use it again, if it protects just taskers, but not actually the client, who pays for the services.
