This will however lead to a child finding it so difficult to be independent when they become adult. This has often times led to a negative outcome in their adulthood. Another disadvantage is that small family reduces the success tendency in a home, because parent most times limit the children from doing what they love but instead what their parent expects of them.
In conclusion, while smaller family is advantageous to the society, people should be aware of the setback such as lack of independency children face when they become adult and their inability to decide for themselves in their personal life goal.
To begin, getting an occupation that in lines with your passion may be enjoyable. It is because you have a bigger chance to apply your mastery into practice. And there are many people out there who don’t have the same experience as yours in the case. A few people are trying to look for the job, some are waiting to be called for interviewed and others are waiting to get hired.
Also, you may feel lucky since you were getting hired without making a big effort to get selected. You feel that you are a perfect-fit worker that the companies need. And It makes you even happier as you have been dreaming of working in that company for a long.
For the first time, all things seem to run smoothly without defect. And you think it was a good starting point to show your best performance while working. Your expectation about being free to express yourself is becoming a priority to support your position. You believed that always makes you optimistic at the probation time.
But, high expectation about those things has ruined your career. You are getting inferior because you are not able to express your ideas, strategy, and implementation in your way. At the time, you were feeling the boundaries are so bold and holding yourself back from the things you capable of doing. I think that as workers, we all need more authority in doing the job. Also, I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version. Foremost, autonomy makes your working performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. Furthermore, it hinders stress that may make them feel working under pressure. Moreover, the point here is how making yourself happy while doing your responsibilities.
