And there are many people out there who don’t have the same experience as yours in this case. A few people are trying to look for the job, some are waiting to be called for interviewed and others are waiting to get hired. You may also feel lucky since you were getting hired without making a big effort to get selected. You feel that you are a perfect-fit worker that the companies need. And It makes you even happier as you have been dreaming of working in that company for a long. At first, all things seem to run smoothly without defect. And you think it was a good starting point to show your best performance while working. Your expectation about being free to express yourself is becoming a priority to support your position. You believed that always makes you optimistic at the probation time. But, high expectation about those things has ruined your career. You are getting inferior because you are not able to express your ideas, strategy, and implementation in your way. At this time, you are feeling the boundaries are so bold and holding yourself back from things you capable of doing. As you are not a strict person who always depends on a formula to do something, sometimes you feel difficult to follow the standard. I think that as workers, we all need more authority in doing the job. I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version. Some people think this is not the right way to do. It seems like ourself are arrogant and don’t need to listen to senior advice. But, that’s not a point I want to emphasize here. Foremost, autonomy makes your working performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. It also hinders job stress that may make them feel working under pressure. The point here is how making yourself happy while doing your job. Frankly, Nothing will gonna stop your effort to reach the goals as long as you are getting job autonomy in doing whatever you do.

he provided diagram illustrates process of manufacturing bricks from raw materials and further shows how they are processed. Overall, there are 7 main stages, beginning with the clay extraction and ending with the delivery of the final product. Firstly, heavy machinery like diggers are used to extract naturally occurring clay in quarries. Then, extracted materials are filtered through a metal grid to break them into smaller, more even by size particles. Sand and water are later added to form a uniform mixture than can be conveniently cut or moulded. To remove excess water, bricks are put into drying ovens for 1 or 2 days. Then, to enhance hardness and durability of the product, it is transported to industrial kilns, that have various stages of drying. Firstly, to completely dry the product, it is exposed to moderate temperatures of 200-980 degrees. In the next stage, temperatures reach 1300 degrees Celsius, improving structural abilities of clay. Such high temperatures are necessary to reinforce the inner structure of the material. In the last stage of drying, bricks are put into cooling chambers for several days. Finally, product is packaged in boxes and thereafter sent for delivery. Bricks manufacturing is a multi step, technologically advanced process, crucial for any building purposes

The best way to improve standards in education I'd to ensure that class size are small. Do you agree or disagree
Nowadays, there has been a rise in the number of nuclear families as compared to the extended families. While having a small family can be beneficial in many ways such as financial stability and access to better and quality education, there are some considerable drawback. Nuclear family on the one hand makes it easier for the household to achieve a better and a more sustainable financial stability as a result of the number of people to be catered for. For instance, In a small family where both parent work, they are able to provide all the support and luxuries their family requires and able to save funds while planning for their future needs. Also, having this type of family will allow the parent to provide a high standard education for the kids because the increasing cost of quality education has made it difficult for a medium income earner to afford. Therefore, a family with small members would be able to save more money and provide this for their kids. On the other hand, there are some drawbacks to having a small sized family such as having a small support system. In emergency situations such as an accident or even in the time of illness, it becomes increasingly difficult to meet the family’s expectations and needs especially in instances where both are working and have young children to look after. In conclusion, while it can be advantageous to have a small household because of its less financial stress and access to qualitative education, having a small support group can serve as a major drawback.
