All the statistics are recorded for the period from 2000 to 2009. From a quick glance, the number of train passengers underwent considerable fluctuation, reaching a peak in 2005. Meanwhile, the rate of trains running on time shared the same statistical progression, meeting or exceeding the target from 2002 to 2005 and again from 2008 to 2009. In 2000, the number of travelers using trains was 37 million, climbing to around 42 million before dropping to just below its starting number in 2003. During the next years, train passengers rose sharply and hit the most significant peak of around 47 million in 2005; afterwards, the figure was somewhat unsteady, ending up staying at around 43 million at the end of the period. In terms of running time efficiency, the rate stood at 92% within the year 2000, subsequently amounting to an adequate 95% in 2002. In the later years, the proportion of on-time trains exceeded the set target when the rate was 96% in 2004, but later declined notably by 4% in 2006. Celebrities and their salaries nowadays have considered an ubiquitous depate all over the globe. Their highly salaries gravitate vast amount of youngsters to change their careers to be one them one day.many of public people do not see that would make any trouble if they get high salaries while others think that it is more than usual. I adopt the stance that many of those entertainers do not deserve what they get. In this essay I will discuss both points of views and giving examples for both views.
To begin with, many of entertainers are squandering the money that could be spent in a beneficial way like charity purposes because these money are not restricted for a specific criteria of people. For instance,in 2017 Emaa watsson who is a Hollywood actress had been paid for 142 million dollars for her last movie, which is considered to be wasting of money.Insteadily, that can be spent on rebuilding the society or at least contributing of that. This shows that many of young generation when they are following that could think of doing anything to imitate them.
On the other hand, the rest of people who take a proponent side with spending high salaries on the entertainers have of the beleif that they are role models and represent the country and its talents all over the world.Additionally, the quintessential role that they are doing in advising the youth and the awareness campaigns they make. For example,in 2014 Angelina jolie who is a Hollywood celebrity had made a campaign for starved people in Somalia and donated for them.Surprisingly, her campaign gained a lot of sympathy and welcoming all over the globe.Hence, their roles and their impact on people can not be replaced with anything else.
In conclusion,it can be reiterrated that those entertainers may exert a beneficial role in our society but also it can not be compared to the money that they get. However, many of them could donate for different charity organisations.that could be advantageous but in my humble opinion I tink that it is a few amount of money that originally belong to the public.

You have a full-time job and you are also doing a part-time evening course.
You now find that you cannot continue the course.
Write a letter to your teachers. In your letter
describe the situation
explain why you cannot continue at this time
say what action you would like to take
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear ................. ,
There are three main things to consider before writing your essay:
1. Tone (formal or informal)
Sometimes students are friendly with their tutors, but I think it would be better to write a formal letter. Start with your tutor’s surname (e.g. Dear Mr. Smith,) and end with “Yours sincerely,”. Avoid contractions (write “I am” instead of “I’m”), and avoid using informal idioms or expressions. Be polite rather than friendly.
2. Purpose
The main purpose of this letter is to inform your tutor that you are leaving the course. Make this clear straight away (e.g. I am writing to inform you that...). Then cover the three points, writing a short paragraph for each.
3. Ideas
I recommend spending a few minutes planning ideas for each of the task points before you start writing. You need to decide what the evening course is about, what your full-time job is, a reason why you are too busy with work to continue with the course, and whether you want to leave completely or perhaps continue at a later date.
